One small hop can transform the pond.
I love figuring out how to remove the thorn in the paw of a team. This is usually something they’ve learned to live with and maybe even forgotten about, yet it’s been holding them back in ways they don’t recognize. Once it’s gone, and the pain lifts, big goals that once felt impossible are now in reach.
It’s easy to assume that achieving big goals demands big changes, but transformation doesn’t have to mean upheaval. The biggest opportunities for growth can come from examining the obstacles, habits, and friction points that can be solved in small, surgical ways. A good eye and a creative nudge can achieve truly transformative results.

What’s with the frogs?
Okay, so there are a lot of pictures of frogs on this site. Honestly, once I designed the logo I couldn’t stop myself. It’s kind of like if friend noticed you had a frog statue on your desk and from then on all the gifts you ever get from them are frog themed.
But seriously…
